BLAH BLAH BLAH THEN THE BRUNCH MENU

Hi Everybody!  This will be the third weekend of brunch.  We're having a very good time- doing new things, feeling inspired and working hard.  Which I am very grateful for since, as we all know, any type of work can get booooooring when you're doing the same thing each day.  My attention span is shamefully short anyway so I am constantly flitting from unfinished project to unfinished project.  Once upon a time, last year, I wrote "completion" on a piece of tape and put it across my laptop's camera.  Unfortunately it did not work and one day I angrily  ripped it off and threw it away- never to complete anything to this day.  Well, until brunch- which gives me a marvelous feeling of completion and satisfies my love of "before & after".  Before & after is my favorite and I am constantly gauging my own life's journey from "back then" to "right now" hoping one day to look back without wincing even a little and seeing LOTS of progress.  With my short attention span and "before & after" obsession- QB is perfect for me.  When I first walked in 9 years ago I was at the bottom of an indescribably filthy mountain and had the smallest of goals just to make it through each day.  To me brunch is partly a symbol of getting to a high enough place that says we have enough extra resources, talented staff, and fantastic regular customers that we can attempt what is almost a completely different restaurant-- and do it well.  It is also a reward for the employees who work there day in and out- it's a great creative outlet.  Anyway here's this week's menu:
